How to take PRE|CHUs?
Choose your dose, from 1-10 helped by the handy guide on the back of the pack and enjoy a tasty treat before you get started! Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day, or throughout your workout.

When and how should I take them?
We recommend taking CHUs around 10-25 minutes before you need the extra push CHUs give you. Again, when starting to take something new, its always best to try out what works best for you.

How long does a Pre-Workout last? 
It depends on how many CHUs you take, but Pre-Workout can last for 2-4 hours on average. The most noticeable effect hitting around 30-60 minutes after consumption. Due to this, it’s recommended that you avoid taking any pre-workouts within 4 hours of intended sleep.
