How much protein do I need?
The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) recommends an overall daily protein intake of 1.4-2.0g/kg(bodyweight)/day is sufficient for building and maintaining muscle mass in most exercising individuals. 

Example. An 70kg individual requires ~98-140g of protein per day. 

How many do PRO|CHU do I need? 

A protein intake of 0.4g/kg(bodyweight) per meal is a good way to spread intakes evenly across the day. This would be equal to 28g of protein for a 70kg individual. If we assume this person is having 3 meals per day, the remaining protein requirements need to come from snacks.
